What are ActiveCampaign reports?
Reports are sets of metrics tracked across several areas of your account, allowing you to track progress and take strategic actions as needed. Explore reports with performance metrics for automations, campaigns, contacts, forms and more.
Why would I use ActiveCampaign reports?
- Contact Trends
- Publications use the Contact Trends report to see average email sign-up rate and overall growth rates. Publications also track the number of unsubscribes over a specified date range to calculate churn rates.
- Open/Read Trends
- Publications use Open trends to determine which times and days of the week have the best open rates.
- Campaign Performance
- Publishers use Campaign Performance reports frequently to track key metrics on an individual campaign or aggregate data across multiple campaigns. Open and click rates are frequently referenced metrics.
- Field Breakdown
- Publications use Field Breakdown reports to view the number of subscribers that have had a particular data point filled out over a specified time range. For example can help you view the number of new subscribers over the last 7 days broken down by their specific payment tier. You’ll then be able to click the number and it will pull up the list of subscribers associated with that data point.
- Form Performance
- Publishers use Form Performance reports to determine how many new contacts have registered via a specific form and generally to get an overview of how each form has performed over a specified time frame. You can also compare these performances against each other to determine your most used forms.
- Tag Trends
- Publications who designate newsletter preferences via tags rather than lists can use the Tag Trends reports to see how many new newsletter subscribers they’ve gained over a specified timeframe.
