Since joining the company in June 2020, Austin has become a trusted partner to BlueLena’s publisher community, ensuring timely resolution of client needs and elevating the overall customer experience.

In his role, Austin leads platform configuration and integration efforts, oversees user training programs, and manages internal data workflows that power registration funnels, membership conversion campaigns, and automated marketing communications. He also supports BlueLena’s Essentials product, providing a concierge-level onboarding experience and ongoing guidance to maximize client success and adoption.

Prior to BlueLena, Austin gained formative experience as a Student Administrator in the College of Business at Clemson University while completing his undergraduate studies. He earned a B.A. in Business Administration from Clemson in 2020, and today lives in Greenville, SC with his wife.
