DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES
BlueLena licenses its customer experience automation SAAS platform on a month-to-month basis, not including added-value professional services outlined under the scope of a master services agreement (MSA). Our pricing is listed at https://bluelena.io/pricing/ and displayed in USD as our standard currency.

BILLING AND PAYMENT
Customers are invoiced in advanced by BlueLena on the first of each month of the service period. We accept electronic payment via Visa, Mastercard, AMEX.

REFUND POLICY
We offer refunds on all products within 30 days of purchase date, on a pro-rated basis.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Upon the completion of the initial term, either party may terminate platform licensing with thirty (30) days written notice for any reason.
