Abby spent her early career reporting and editing at publications including SlateSmithsonian, and Milwaukee Magazine—where she produced award-winning features and managed digital audience strategy.

Over the past decade, she has applied her journalism background and audience expertise to nonprofit communications, helping education organizations develop compelling narratives, build engaged communities, and strengthen their digital presence.

Abby holds a degree in Magazine Journalism from University of Missouri and lives in the Chicago area with her husband and two children.
