Austin joined BlueLena in June, 2020 as Technical Support Manager with responsibility for the initial platform configuration, user training and systems integration during new client onboarding. As part of the Agency Services team, Austin assists customers with on-demand support requests and issues resolution. He also manages internal data workflows between applications, including the design of registration and membership conversion campaigns and automated marketing communications.
Prior to joining BlueLena, Austin served as a Student Administrator in the College of Business at Clemson University while completing his undergraduate studies.
Austin graduated from Clemson University in May, 2020 with a B.A. in Business Administration.
