Stephen Ratkovich is the Director of Programs at BlueLena, where he leads the technical enablement of publisher partners while serving as a key internal resource for complex problem-solving and best-practice execution. In this leadership role, Stephen oversees project management across platform configuration, data integration, automation design, and internal process documentation, ensuring every implementation is efficient, scalable, and aligned with strategic outcomes.

Stephen joined BlueLena in November 2021 as a Senior Strategy and Solutions Consultant, providing expert guidance to publishers on leveraging BlueLena’s technology and managed services to accelerate audience growth and optimize revenue performance. His deep understanding of data-driven systems and strategic implementation has made him an invaluable partner to clients navigating complex digital transformation initiatives.
Prior to BlueLena, Stephen served as Customer Success Manager at Upland BlueVenn, where he helped unify first- and third-party data and deliver targeted marketing programs for daily publishing clients across the United States, strengthening audience engagement and campaign performance through sophisticated data solutions.
Stephen holds a B.A. in Geology with a concentration in GIS and Data Management from Occidental College, grounding his technical expertise in analytical rigor and systematic problem solving. He resides in Asheville, NC with his wife and son.
