Shannon Erb is a consultant with Archer Consulting and offers integration, reporting, and ongoing support for BlueLena clients using Salesforce.
After spending more than 15 years perfecting her skills in organizational systems and data management while working for two community development corporations in Massachusetts, Shannon is offering these services to a wider range of nonprofits and small businesses. She works with nonprofits to address all of their Salesforce needs and make the tool accessible to their organization.
Her aim is to share her enthusiasm for systems and data, and how they can benefit even the smallest businesses.
Shannon lives in Massachusetts with her husband, daughter, and pup.
